- A customer portal for managing agents, viewing call logs, and accessing account settings.
- Integration support for your existing business workflows.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Use the Services to make calls that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or any other applicable telemarketing or communications laws.

Voice Agent Usage & Call Recording
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI voice agents will represent your business in phone interactions. You are responsible for ensuring that the voice agent's prompts, scripts, and responses comply with all applicable laws and do not make false or misleading claims.
- Calls handled by our AI voice agents may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from callers for such recording, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- We may use anonymized and aggregated call data to improve our AI technology and Services. No personally identifiable information will be included in such data.
Billing & Payment
Subscription Plans
The Services are offered on a subscription basis. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services, unless otherwise stated.
No Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise expressly stated in a specific offer or promotion.
Price Changes

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUEBRIDGE AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED VOICE INTERACTIONS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY AI-GENERATED RESPONSES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueBridge AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you provide through the Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, may harm BlueBridge AI, our users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
